JAKARTA - Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) continues to suspend the stock transaction of three issuer due to they have not reported the financial reports and the fine. The issuer that has not to report the financial report was fined worth Rp 150 million.
Based on the company's information disclosure, four companies have not reported the financial report in the third quarter of 2018. The companies are PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (AISA), PT Golden Plantation Tbk (GOLL), PT Capitalinc Investment Tbk (MTFN), and PT Evergreen Invesco Tbk (GREN). However, Golden Plantation still active in the transaction in the market.
Golden Plantation received (warning letter) SP2 and SP3 and Tiga Pilar stock transaction has been suspending since July 5, 2018, due to having not the financial report and payment the fine of (warning letter) SP2 and SP3. Capitalinc and Evergreen have been suspending since April 24, 2018, and June 19, 2018, respectively. (LK)
