Mandatory offer of Gihon's shares was only realized 0.31%

JAKARTA - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) realised only 0.31% of total 9.44% stake in the mandatory offering of PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (GHON)'s shares. After the mandatory offer, Tower Bersama's ownership on Gihon increases to 50.43% from 50.12%.

As cited from the company's disclosure of information, Helmy Yusman Santoso, Director of PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) stated the company purchased 1,695,700 of Gihon's shares or 0.31% of the company's issued and paid-up capital.

The mandatory offer was held on 21 December 2018, to 21 January  2019, and the transaction was completed on 1 February 2019. In the mandatory offer, the company would buy 51,942,360 of Gihon's shares or 9.44% of the issued and paid-up capital.

The composition of shareholders after the mandatory offer is as follows: PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) (50.43%), Rudolf Parningotan Nainggolan (36.07%), PT Gihon Nusantara Tujuh (7.22%), Hotma Linda Ebigail Sirait (1.66%), Felix Ariodamar (0.36%), and public (below each 5%) of 4.26%.
