JAKARTA - PT Citra Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA) is optimistic to reach the targeting alumina production of 2 million tonnes after operate the smelter PT Well Harvest Winning Alumina Refinery (WHW). In February 2019, the progress building smelter bauxite to the alumina is 99.60%.
As cited of the company's information disclosures, Yusak Lumba Pardede, Director of PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA) stated that the progres building smelter bauxite is progressing until this month. "In January 2019, the smelter building progress runs 99.60%," he said.
Based on the data, the progress reach 99.60%, did not much different progress building compared with the last year. WHW is targeting alumina production of 2 million tonnes, growing from 1 million tonnes. In 2025, aluminum requires about 2.2 million tonnes.
In the first half of 2018, sales revenue was Rp 887.2 billion, up from Rp 231.2 billion in the same period 2017. Gross profit was Rp 369.4 billion, up from Rp 64.9 billion, while profit was Rp 310 9 billion increased from a loss of Rp. 68 billion. (LK)
