JAKARTA - PT Mega Perintis Tbk (ZONE), a textile and garment company expands its business to the downstream sector by creating a new company in confection business. The company prepared a capital of Rp 11 billion.
As cited from the company's disclosure of information, FX Afat Adinata Nursalim, President Director of PT Mega Perintis Tbk (ZONE) stated that the new company is named PT Maxindo Global Internusa. "The purpose of the establishment of the new company is to increase the company's revenue," he said.
Mega Perintis made its debut on IDX on 12 December 2018, and offered 197 million shares with a price of Rp 298 per share. The company listed 600 million stocks. In the IPO, Mega Perintis obtained Rp 58.70 billion. (LK/AR)
