JAKARTA - PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP) allocated Rp 500 billion to conduct a buyback of 364,000 of its stocks. The buyback will be done to give remuneration for the management and the company's employee.
Mirah D Wiroatmodjo, Director of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP) stated that Rp 500 billion budget would also be used to pay the brokerage commission and other expenses.
The company's condition after the buyback will be as follows: asset of Rp 173 trillion, profit of Rp 2.63 trillion, equity of Rp 24.42 trillion, 22,944,932,972 circulating stocks, return of asset (ROA) of 2.10% and the ROE of 11.78%. (LK/AR)
