Totalindo aims to get new contracts with a total value of Rp 2.2 trillion

JAKARTA. This year, PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) aims to obtain new contracts with a total value of Rp 2.2 trillion. They will pursue contracts through operational cooperation (KSO) or joint operations with regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) and other private developers.

Totalindo's strategy is to target property projects. They have obtained permission from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to expand its business to the field of property developers. "So that it is expected that business development in this field can continue to increase revenue on a regular basis," Novita Festiani, Corporate Secretary of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk, told KONTAN on Tuesday (12/3).

So far, Totalindo has not disclosed new projects targeted by the company. But certainly, the agenda goes hand in hand with the work on projects that have been obtained. Throughout 2019, Totalindo will work on nine projects. Seven of them are expected to be completed this year.

Those projects including Podomoro City Deli Medan, Puri Mansion Apartment, SoutHills, Green Sedayu Apartment, Sedayu City and Klapa Village. Three other projects are rented flats (rusunawa) in Yogyakarta, Polri flats and the Lebak Bulus transit-oriented development (TOD) project. (AM/AR)
