Cleo obtained loan facility worth Rp 360 billion from Bank Mandiri

JAKARTA - PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk(CLEO), the producer of Cleo drinking water, obtained a loan facility worth more than Rp 360 billion from PT Bank Mandiri (PerseroTbk (BMRI).

As cited from the company's disclosure of information, Lucas Setio Wongso Wong, Director of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO) stated that the loan facility was expected to increase the company's working capital and capital expenditure for 2019.

The loan facility consisted of investment credit (refinancing) (Rp 270 billion) with an interest rate of 8.25% per annum, and a time period of 84 months,  working capital credit (Rp 90 billion) with an interest rate of 8.25% per annum, and a time period of 12 months, and treasury line with facility limit of US$ 500,000 with a time period of 12 month. 

The company gave several of its assets as collateral, including land and building in Malang, Bogor, and Ngoro for the investment credit. While the collateral for the working capital credit is the company receivables and stocks which valued at Rp 45 billion, respectively. The collateral for the treasury line is fixed assets. (LK/AR)
