JAKARTA - Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Director I Gede Nyoman Yetna said the IDX welcomed Lion Air’s plan to list its shares on the exchange.
“Currently the exchange has not received any official document. The exchange will welcome the company’s realisation of the plan,” said Mr Yetna in Jakarta as quoted by Kontan.co.id, Thursday (21/3).
Mr Yetna added that previously Lion Air had participated in a master class held by the IDX. The activity aims to prepare prospective issuers prior to going public.
Other companies who have also participated in a similar activity include Columbia Asia, Propan, Bank DKI, and Humpuss Kimia. (MS)
