JAKARTA - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) targets the millennial segment through the Podomoro Park project located in South Bandung. Three clusters in the previously marketed Podomoro Park area received a very good response and more than 70% of the total units in the three clusters have been absorbed by the market.

The high market demand for one-storey land made APL to create a new residential product called the Padmagriya Cluster located in Podomoro Park Bandung home resort.

The Padmagriya cluster has a minimalist modern architecture concept while prioritizing natural harmony in accordance with the tagline "Harmony with Nature". This cluster is offered starting at Rp 800 million with a limited number of units.

Assistant Vice President of Strategic Residential Marketing Agung Podomoro Land, Agung Wirajaya, said that at this affordable price, millennials can have a minimalist residence in the middle of a world-class resort residential area. "The Padmagriya cluster is truly designed according to the millennial lifestyle," he added.

Currently the Padmagriya Cluster is developed in two types of units, namely Asoka with a land area of 6 x 11 meters and Ayana with a land area of 7 x 12 meters. This residence is equipped with a front yard and backyard. (LM)
