JAKARTA. PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) distributes dividends of Rp 908 billion, 50% of its net income for 2018 fiscal year. Thus, the value of dividends per share is Rp 908.
Hafid Hadeli, President Director of ADMF, said that the dividend distributed for the 2018 fiscal year was 28.88% higher than the dividend provided in the previous period. In 2017, ADMF distributed dividends of Rp. 704.5 per share. "Payment of this dividend will be made on 30 April 2019," said Hadeli in Jakarta on (29/3) today.
ADMF posted a net profit of Rp 1.81 trillion in 2018. Hadeli stated that as much as Rp 18.2 billion or 1% of the net profit for this period would be used as general reserve fund. The remainder will be used as retained earnings.
ADMF's net profit in 2018 was supported by revenue growth of 11.5% to Rp 10.2 trillion. The total financing managed by ADMF as of 2018 reached Rp. 51.3 trillion. (KR/AR)
