JAKARTA. PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) is in the process of due dilegence for the divestment of six toll road sections from a total of 18 sections that will be sold.

WSKT Director of Finance and Strategy Haris Gunawan said a number of investors were conducting the due diligence process. "There are two foreign [investors] and one local," he told Kontan.co.id, Friday (29/3).

For the six toll road sections, Mr Gunawan did not specify. However, he added that all of the six sections are part of the Trans-Java toll road. "We cannot announce [the divestment value] yet, but we hope to earn a gain," Mr Gunawan said.

Based on Kontan.co.id's data, WSKT is planning to divest 18 toll road sections, with six sections to be divested this year. Previously, it was projected that from the six sections WSKT would earn Rp 10 trillion. (AM/MS)
