JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) today (10/4) has agreed to distribute dividends of Rp 94 billion. This amount is equivalent to 20% of the total net income of the company in 2018 amounting to Rp 471 billion.
The total net profit was larger than the previous year which was recorded at Rp 444 billion. This increase was supported by an increase in marketing sales by 13% from Rp 3.01 trillion to Rp 3.48 trillion.
"The marketing sales achieved by PP Properti have proven that performance continues to grow positively, despite many challenges in the property industry in 2018," said Taufik Hidayat, Managing Director of PPRO.
Last year's increase in marketing sales was supported by a number of projects, namely the 30% from Grand Shamaya Project, 18% from Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon - Surabaya, 15% from Westown View - Surabaya, 13% from Grand Sungkono Lagoon - Surabaya, 6% from Grand Kamala Lagoon - Kalimalang and other projects.
