JAKARTA - PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) prepares a capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of approximately Rp 1.3 trillion-Rp 1.4 trillion for this year. The funding for the CapEx came from internal cash and corporate action.
Indaryanto, Finance Director of PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) stated that the CapEx would be used to expand its project. “We have enough land, around 300 hectares. If there are some investors who want to cooperate, we will welcome them,” he said
According to him, in 2018, the company got the permission to issue Shelf Registration Bonds II with a total value of Rp 2 trillion. The company has issued about Rp 660 billion last year, and will issue Rp 800 billion this year (LK/AR).
