JAKARTA - PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) distributed Rp 817.70 billion of cash dividends from 2018 fiscal year. This is about 58.18% of the company's net profit (Rp 1.40 trillion).
According to the company's disclosure of information, the cash dividends allocation has been approved by shareholders at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The value of the cash dividends is Rp 330 per share, which includes an interim dividend of Rp 100 per share that had been distributed on 4 December 2018. And the rest (Rp 230 per share) will be distributed later.
Furthermore, it was decided in the meeting that Rp 587,50 billion of the company's profit would be used as working capital. (LK/AR)
