JAKARTA - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) targets this year's recurring income contribution of 25 percent, up slightly from the previous year's contribution of 23 percent or equivalent to Rp 596 billion.

Theresia Rustandi, Corporate Secretary of Intiland Development, said that last year the company's revenue was still dominated by development income, namely the sale of housing, apartments, offices, and industrial estate.

Last year, DILD recorded revenue of Rp 2.6 trillion, with details of 77% or Rp 1.95 trillion derived from the sale of a number of projects and the rest came from recurring income.

"This recurring income will also increase in line with the completion of the development of a number of mixed-use development projects such as Praxis and Spazio Tower in Surabaya," he said. As such, DILD is targeting recurring income this year to contribute 25%. (AM/LM)
