JAKARTA - PT Horizon Internusa Persada (HIP), a subsidiary of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) issues Mandatory Convertible Notes (MNC) worth Rp 112.66 billion.
As cited from the company's disclosure of information, Johannes Suriadjaja, President Director of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) stated that the company owns 40% of HIP shares. "By issuing MCN, the company wants to increase investment in HIP," he said.
The shareholders of HIP including Meranti Asean Growth Fund LP, SSIA, NH Indogen Limited, PT Karya Bersama Bangsa, Gunas Capital Pte Ltd, Insigna Holding Company 1 Pte Ltd, and Darma Investments Pte Ltd. The MCN has been signed on 17 April 2019. (LK)
