DEPOK. As of the first quarter of this year, PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk has received new contracts with a total value of Rp 644.66 billion, not including the projection of the value of the tenders that the company participated in.
The new contracts including the construction of Industri Teknologi Kepolisian in Jakarta, which valued at Rp 70.50 billion and the Halim office for the Bandung-Jakarta Fast Train, which valued at Rp 90 billion.
Bobby Kusuma, Corporate Secretary of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk, said that his company has the opportunity to get a contract worth Rp 2.78 trillion this year
Most of contract acquisition usually occurs in the third and fourth quarters of each year. "This is due to the implementation of single year by the government. So, indeed the income trend will also follow the owner," he said. (AM/AR)
