Inti Keramik expects to gain Rp 69.5 billion in 2019

JAKARTA - PT Intikeramik Alamsari Industri Tbk (IKAI) is expected to obtain Rp 69.5 billion by the end of 2019, by expanding its business to hotels and restaurants.

Based on the company's information disclosure, the company announced that the company had acquired four hotels in 2018. In January 2018, management acquired 99.75% of the shares of PT Realindo Sapta Optima (RSO) located in Ubud, Bali; 98.53% of the shares of PT Mahkota Artha Mas (MAM) in Ubud, Bali, and 98.01% shares in PT Mahkota Properti Indo Medan (MPIM) in Medan, North Sumatra. In November 2018, the company acquired 99% of the shares of PT Hotel Properti Internasional (HPI) in Bogor, and 70% of the shares of PT Saka Mitra Sejati (SMS).
 
According to a study announced by the company, the company's revenue will reach Rp 131.5 billion in 2019 without any business expansion. However, with business expansion, the company's revenue may reach Rp 557.9 billion in 2023, (LK/AR)
