JAKARTA - PT MNC Investama Tbk (BHIT) eyes the fresh fund a worth Rp 1.75 trillion by conducting the rights issue. By conducting the corporate action, the company issues 17,572,392,572 shares with a nominal price of Rp 100 per share.
Based on the company's information disclosures, the fund will be used to pay the loan to the Caravagio Holdings Limited and New Ascend Limited amounting US$ 115 million or equivalent of Rp 1.58 trillion. The loan consisted of Caravagio Holdings Limited amounted Rp 832.11 billion and New Ascend Limited amounted Rp 750.63 billion. The remaining fund will be allocated as the working capital.
The plan is waiting for the approval by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Shareholders of Meeting, where the meeting will conducting on April 26, 2019. The new share is estimated listing in the Indonesia Stock exchange on July 4, 2019.
The company's authorised capital amounted Rp 20.50 trillion, which the structure capital before the rights issue consisted of HT Investment Development Ltd (25.11%), Smart Empire Group Ltd (11.43%), PT Bhakti Panjiwara (9.98%), Charlton Group Holdings Ltd (7.55%), UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd (5.39%), and public (each below 5%) (40.54%). The issued and paid-up capital amounted Rp 5.27 trillion.
The structure capital after the corporate action will consisting of HT Investment Development Ltd (25.11%), Smart Empire Group Ltd (11.43%), PT Bhakti Panjiwara (9.98%), Charlton Group Holdings Ltd (7.55%), UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd (5.39%), and public (each below 5%) (40.54%).
