JAKARTA - PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) has obtained approval from shareholders to increase capital with HMETD or a rights issue.
As an information, BIPI plans to issue 7 billion new shares through this corporate action. However, the implementation price is still in the finalization stage by the company.
"We expect up to Rp 400 billion to Rp 1 trillion," said Michael Wong, Finance Director of Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur.
Next week the company plans to issue a prospectus, so that in early June the rights issue can be carried out. The funds from the rights issue will be used by the company to develop businesses and allocate capital expenditure. (LM)
