JAKARTA. PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA) distributed cash dividends of Rp 73.26 billion, 62.1% of the company's total net profit in 2018, which was Rp 117.97 billion.
Hudaya Arryanto Sumadhija, Director of NRCA, said that the plan has been approved in the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). "Distributed as cash dividends of Rp. 30 per share," Sumadhija said on Friday (3/5) to idnfinancials.com.
NRCA will use as much as Rp 5 billion from its 2018 net profit as a reserve fund. Meanwhile, the remaining Rp. 39.71 billion was recorded as profit that has not been used.
The AGMS also decided the Cum Date of dividend distribution on 13 May 2019 in regular market trading and negotiations, and 15 May in the cash market. Thus, the dividends will be paid on 28 May. (KR/AR)
