JAKARTA - PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) distributed cash dividends worth Rp 125.45 billion (Rp 17 per share), 31% of the company's total profit of Rp 404.92 billion from the 2018 fiscal year. The cash dividends will be distributed to shareholders on 28 May 2019.
Based on the disclosure of company information, the allocation of the company's profit is as follows: as cash dividends (31%), reserve funds (1.23%), and general reserves (67.78%).
In the first quarter of 2019, Garudafood recorded a sales growth of Rp 128 billion, while its profit fell by 18.51% (Rp 30 billion). The company plans to increase production capacity at its Rancaekek factory by 15%. (LK/AR)
