JAKARTA. PT Trada Alam Minera Tbk (TRAM) signed a partnership in logistics and infrastructure with a subsidiary of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO), PT Alam Tri Abadi.
Asnita Kasmy, Corporate Secretary of TRAM, said that the company will increase coal production capacity after signing this cooperation contract. "Coal mines owned by each party in Kalimantan can make a positive contribution to the company's performance," Kasmy explained on Monday (6/5) today in writing.
The cooperation is effective from 2 May 2019. Nevertheless, the period of cooperation is not explained in detail. Both parties, TRAM and Alam Tri Abadi will still decide the period of cooperation, based on the life span of the mine and the volume of coal produced. (KR/AR)
