JAKARTA. In its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk agreed to distribute dividends in the amount of Rp 73,257,445,320 or Rp 30 per share to shareholders whose names are listed in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) as of 15 May 2019.
The dividend distributed will be taken from the company's 2018 net profit of Rp 117,967,950,221. The company also set aside a portion of the net profit as a reserve fund (Rp 5 billion).
The cash dividend distribution schedule is as follows: The dividend cum period will take place on 13 May on the regular market and negotiation market, while for the cash market, the cum period is on 15 May. For trades containing ex dividends, it will take place on 14 May on the regular market and negotiating markets and on 16 May on the cash market. Dividend payments will be made on 28 May. (AM/AR)
