JAKARTA - Lion Air has just released new information regarding the achievement of on time performance / OTP at 85.2% throughout April 2019 with a total of 12,300 flights from an average of 400-420 flight frequencies per day, which serve more than 51 domestic and international destination cities.
OTP in April this year showed the highest number or increased by 23% compared to 69.2% in the same month in 2018 and 64.9% in 2017.
While the OTP in the first quarter of this year was recorded at the level of 75.78% or an increase of around 32.7% from the achievement of 65.3% in 2018 and 64.6% in the same period in 2017, with an average of 49,200 total flights.
OTP data is the result of Lion Air Group's Integrated Operation Control Center (IOCC) report in real time. Calculations are based on aircraft movements at departure and arrival in less than 15 minutes from the specified schedule at large and medium scale airports. (LM)
