JAKARTA - PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) will distribute cash dividends worth Rp 104.58 billion, which was taken from the company's net profit from the 2018 fiscal year of Rp 420.5 billion. The cash dividends will be paid on 29 May 2019.
Based on the disclosure of company information, in the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 9 May 2019, it was decided that the rest of the company's net profit will be used as retained earnings.
In the first quarter of 2019, the company generated Rp 1.37 trillion in revenue, up from Rp 962.93 billion recorded in the same quarter in 2018. Its gross profit was recorded at Rp 360.46 billion, growing from Rp 227.56 billion in Q1 2018. Finally, its operating profit was recorded at Rp 206.07 billion, up from Rp 130.57 billion recorded in Q1 2018. (LK)
