JAKARTA - PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO), the producer of Cleo bottled water, purchased a 10,809 m2-wide land from PT Millennium Mega Mulia in Tirtan Point Ngoro, Mojokerto for Rp. 29.72 billion.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Lukas Setio Wongso Wong, Director of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO) stated that the land would be used to expand the company's plant in Mojokerto
The Rp. 29.72 billion price includes a 10% tax and will be paid in six stages.
Sariguna Primatirta and Millennium Mega Mulia are affiliated, since they are owned by the same owner, PT.Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE). (LK/AR)
