JAKARTA - PT MNC Land Tbk (KIPG) expands the business company by entering nature conservation park include conservation of heritage culture and education.
As cited of the company's information disclosures, M Budi Rustanto, Vice President of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) stated the company build a new subsidiary, PT MNC Agro Wisata to operate nature conservation park. "The authorise capital amounted Rp 10 billion consisted of 10 million shares with a nominal Rp 1000 per share. From the authorise capital, the issued and paid-up capital amounted to Rp 2.5 billion by two shareholders," he said.
The two shareholders consisted of PT MNC Land own 2 million shares with a nominal Rp 2 billion or 80% of the issue capital and PT MNC Land Lido own 500,000 shares with a nominal Rp 500 million or 20% of issue capital. (LK)
