JAKARTA - PT Trada Alam Mineral Tbk (TRAM) generated Rp 30.91 billion in net profit in the first quarter of 2019, 721.06% higher than its net profit in the same quarter of 2018 (Rp 3.76 billion). The net profit growth was supported by the growth of sales revenue and gross profit in the period.
Based on the company's financial statements, in the first quarter of 2019, the company generated Rp 971.21 billion in revenue, higher than its revenue in the same quarter in 2018 (Rp 475.50 billion). The biggest contributor to the company's revenue was coal sales (Rp 750.07 billion), followed by mining services (Rp 146.03 billion), vessels lease and operation (Rp 70.62 billion), and heavy equipment lease (Rp 4.12 billion).
During this period, Trada generated Rp 73.36 billion of operating profit, Rp 30.91 billion of pre-tax profit, and Rp 30.91 billion of comprehensive profit. (LK/AR)
