JAKARTA - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DIDL) generated Rp 48 billion in net profit in the first quarter of 2019, 57.1% lower than its net profit in the same quarter of 2018 (Rp 112.8 billion). The company generated Rp 887.6 billion in revenue, 25% higher than its record in the same quarter in 2018 (Rp 709.2 billion).
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Archied Noto Pradono, Director of PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) said that the sales in the first quarter of 2019 were still difficult and we did not see changes in demand from buyers and investors.
In the first quarter of 2019, Intiland generated Rp 313 billion of gross profit, 10.4% higher than its record in Q1 2018 (Rp 283.5 billion). Its operating profit was recorded at Rp 156.2 billion, while its profit for the period was recorded at Rp. 102.1 billion. (LK/AR)
