JAKARTA - PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) or Metland recorded marketing sales of Rp 779 billion as of April 2019.
Metland Director and Corporate Secretary Olivia Surodjo explained that the marketing sales consisted of Rp 614 billion in sales and Rp 165 billion in recurring income. The largest contributor to the company’s sales was The Riviera landed houses.
“Our marketing sales reached Rp 779 billion, including Rp 165 billion in recurring income. The largest contributor was Riviera,” Ms Surodjo told Bisnis.com, Thursday (23/5).
Until the end of 2019, Metland eyes Rp 2.2 trillion in marketing sales. Ms Surodjo said that Rp 1.7 billion of the target will be obtained from pre-sales, while the remaining Rp 500 billion will be obtained from recurring income projects from hotels and shopping centres. (MS)
