JAKARTA. PT Gihon Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (GHON) will distribute cash dividends of Rp 7 billion, around 14.97% of the company's total net profit in 2018 of Rp 49.42 billion.
Monika Ferolina Siallagan, Finance Director of GHON, said that the value of dividends to be distributed has been approved by the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). "Rp 13.5 per share, it has been stipulated in the AGMS," Monika explained on Friday (24/5) today when met by idnfinancials.com.
Meanwhile, GHON will use as much as Rp 42.42 billion from its 2018 net profit as retained earnings.
In 2018, GHON recorded net profit growth of 34.7% from the previous year of Rp. 36.69 billion. The net profit was supported by the company's revenue in 2018, which reached Rp 108.7 billion. (KR/AR)
