JAKARTA - PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN) will distribute dividends of Rp 8.5 billion or Rp 2 per share. The amount is 9% of the company’s 2018 net profit.
As reported by Kontan.co.id, in 2018 DYAN’s net profit skyrocketed 756% year on year (yoy) to Rp 76.6 billion. The company’s revenue also grew 20.2% yoy to Rp 1.03 trillion.
The profit increase was driven by large-scale international events handled by DYAN such as the IMF-World Bank Group Annual Meetings in Bali, the Asian Games, and the Asian Para Games. Throughout 2018, DYAN handled 72 events. (MS)
