JAKARTA - Impact One Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of PT Impact Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) has acquired assets and manufacturing business of Megaplass Sdn Bhd and Vermax Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia.
Lenggana Linggawati, Corporate Secretary of PT Impact Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) stated that the transaction was done for RM 13.13 million (Rp. 45.10 billion). "The acquisition fund is taken from a loan facility from the parent company," he said as quoted from the disclosure of company information.
Megaplass Sdn Bhd and Vermax Corporation Sdn Bhd are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The agreement for the acquisition was signed on 24 May 2019. The types of assets acquired consist of vehicles, office equipment, shares, property rights, and all rights related to the manufacturing and trading of polymer-based sheets and roofings from Megaplas Corporation Sdn Bhd. and Vermax Corporation.
