JAKARTA - PT Sekar Bumi Tbk (SKBM) posted 100% of its net profit during 2018, which was Rp 15.95 billion as retained earnings.
In the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (29/5) today, the SKBM Board of Directors referred to the decision based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). Therefore, the company does not distribute dividends to shareholders.
SKBM said that the net profit in 2018 was supported by the net sales performance, which reached Rp 1.95 trillion. SKBM sales in the previous year were recorded at Rp 1.84 trillion. This means that SKBM's net sales growth grew 6.08% during 2018.
The SKBM Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) in 2018 was at the level of 0.7 times and 0.59 times in the previous year. Meanwhile the Return on Equity (ROE) of SKBM in 2018 fell to 1.53% from the previous year of 2.53%. (KR/LM)
