JAKARTA - PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) will distribute dividends of Rp 2.07 trillion or Rp 236 per share. The amount is 49.64% of the company’s 2018 net profit of Rp 4.17 trillion.
The decision was made at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 29, 2019. Previously, Indofood had distributed interim dividends of Rp 570.73 billion or Rp 65 per share on November 29, 2018.
According to the company’s information disclosure, the cash dividends will be paid to shareholders on July 8, 2019. The dividend yield is recorded at 2.48% based on Indofood’s stock price of Rp 6,900 per share on Monday (10/6). (MS)
