JAKARTA - Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Budi Starch & Sweetener Tbk (BUDI) today (21/6) approved the distribution of fiscal year 2018. The 2018 fiscal year dividend to be distributed to shareholders is amounted to Rp 22.49 billion.
Thus, each share will receive a dividend of Rp 5. In addition, BUDI also allocates Rp 500 million as a reserve fund. Whereas the remaining net income in 2018 will be utilized for the company's operational activities.
For information, last year the company recorded revenue of Rp 2.64 trillion, up compared to the previous year's achievement of Rp 2.51 trillion. The company's net profit also grows annually from Rp 41.07 billion in 2017 to Rp 48.06 billion at the end of 2018. (LM)
