JAKARTA - In its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), the shareholders of PT Tiphone Mobile Indonesia Tbk (TELE) has agreed to distribute cash dividends of Rp 6 per share, taken from the company's net profit in the 2018 fiscal year of Rp 444.33 billion. The meeting itself was held on 27 June 2019.
Based on the disclosure of company information, the company will pay the dividends on 31 July 2019.
Also, the management will allocate Rp 5 billion of reserve fund, and the remaining net profit will be used as retained earnings. (LK/AR)
