JAKARTA. PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) increase its ownership of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd (IFAR), by purchasing 56,245,700 shares on the Singapore stock exchange.
Victor Suhendra, Corporate Secretary of INDF, said that the total transaction value reached US$ 18.27 million.
Previously, as of 31 December 2018, INDF had 62.8% of IFAR shares. With the purchase, INDF had additional assets worth Rp 12.57 trillion. INDF's total assets reached Rp. 96.54 trillion at the end of last year. (KR/AR)
