JAKARTA - PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) offers its Shelf Registration Bonds phase III/2019 in order to obtain funds of up to Rp 534.50 billion. The bonds are offered scripless, except for the Jumbo Bond Certificate that will be offered by KSEI.
Based on the company's information disclosure, the interest rate for the bonds is 11% per year with a period of three years after the issuance of the bonds. The bonds are guaranteed as full commitment. The bonds will be offered on 15-16 July 2019 and will be listed on the IDX on 22 July 2019.
The funds from the bonds will be used for debt refinancing (56.27%), investment and business expansion (21%), and working capital (22.73%). The guarantors are PT Trimegah Securities Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, PT Indo Premier Securities, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas, while the trustee is PT BPD Jawa Barat-Banten Tbk (BJBR).
