JAKARTA - PT Austrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) will conduct a rights issue by issuing 4,534,079,179 shares with a price of Rp 100 per share. In the corporate action, the company aims to generate Rp. 453.40 billion.
Based on the disclosure of company information, along with the rights issue, the company will also issue 13,602,237,753 series II warrants, an equivalent of 33.87% of the company's issued and paid-up capital. The shares will be listed in the capital market on 12 July 2019.
95% of the rights issue fund will be used to expand the company's business, while the rest 5% will be used for working capital. (LK/AR)
