JAKARTA - PT Mas Murni Indonesia Tbk (MAMI) aims to generate sales revenue of Rp 132 billion this year, higher than its sales revenue in 2018 of Rp 120 billion. The company expects that its hotel business will be the biggest contributor to the company's revenue.
Based on the disclosure of company information, the company is optimistic that its revenue will increase by more than 10% in the coming years, due to the existence of Trans Java toll road. After the toll road is opened, the occupancy rate of the company's hotel improves significantly. This year, the hotel business line will contribute 50% to the revenue, followed by catering 30%, and shrimp 20%.
In 2018, the occupancy rate was not as good as this year since many customers prefer air travel. This year, much of customer is using vehicle transportation and increase amounting of 30% compared with the last year. (LK/AR)
