CENGKARENG - Low cost carrier (LCC) Citilink Indonesia introduces a "Dining Experience" service where passengers can create a menu of favorite foods that can be enjoyed above 35,000 feet starting on August 1, 2019.
This "Dining Experience" service is the inaugural program of Citilink Indonesia to provide a different experience for passengers to be able to enjoy selected food dishes before flying. Passengers can determine the menu of favorite foods available with a variety of choices ranging from Indonesian, Japanese, Western to Korean.
"Dining Experience is a form of innovation from Citilink Indonesia to improve customer service and satisfaction at affordable prices. Citilink Indonesia wants to provide an experience that is more than just a flying experience for passengers, but also a variety of other added values that will make the trip more enjoyable," said VP Cargo and Ancillary Harismawan Wahyuadi in Jakarta, Wednesday (3/7).
‘Create Your Own Tray’ is part of the Dining Experience where passengers can create a set of dishes to choose from. Choices consist of an appetizer, main course, dessert, complementary drinks such as juice or yogurt, and coffee or tea. This dish is served with chocolate praline as dessert and greeting cards directly from management.
In addition to getting the set menu according to choice, passengers who choose the Dining Experience service will also get a variety of other additional facilities, such as experience the lounge for free, get priority on boarding, earn mileage, can choose favorite seats, and get Super Shield insurance and Flight Plus. In the future, Citilink Indonesia will also develop additional benefits such as pick up, drop off to baggage delivery services.
Currently, the Dining Experience service will only be available for 5 (five) passengers on each flight. This Dining Experience service can only be ordered before flying through the website and is only available for flights with a duration of more than 1 (one) hour. (LM)
