JAKARTA - PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) prepared two corporate action schemes after SCGP Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd acquired its shares.
Based on the disclosure of company information, the corporate action will be carried out no later than three years after SCGP Solutions completes the mandatory tender offer. SCGPS has purchased 1,362,938,206 of FASW shares, 55% of the company's issued and paid-up capital.
On 28 June 2019, direct control of the company was transferred from PT Intercipta Sempana (ICS), Winarko Sulistyo, Vilia Sulistyo, PT Intratata Usaha Mandiri (IUM), PT Garama Dhananjaya (Garama), and Hartono Herjanto to SCG Packaging Public Company Limited through its subsidiary, SCGP Solutions.
