JAKARTA - Benny Tjokrosaputro injected Rp 160 billion of capital into PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk (RIMO) through the private placement held on 5 July 2019.
As cited from the disclosure of company information, the company conducted a private placement by issuing 1,030,965,000 series B shares with a price of Rp 155 per share. Benny injected the funds in two stages In the first stage, he injected Rp 99.99 billion and received Rp 645,161,290 series B shares, and in the second stage, he injected Rp 59.79 billion and received 385,803,710 shares.
The private placement fund will be used to pay interest to PT Mulia Manunggal Karsa and loan to affiliated parties. (LK/AR)
