JAKARTA - PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) injected additional capital into its subsidiary, PT Jakarta Teknologi Utama of Rp 100 billion. The transaction is not a material transaction, because its value was not higher than 20% of the company's equity.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Sinar Mas owned 99.98% stake (Rp 195.95 billion) in the company, while PT Kalibesar Raya Utama has 0.02% stake (Rp 50 million).
With the new investment, the value of the company's shares increases to Rp 299.95 billion. (LK)
