Maybank Indonesia expands sharia banking in Padang

PADANG - PT Maybank Indonesia expanded its Sharia banking by opening a Sharia Branch Office (KCS) in Padang.

The inauguration of KCS Maybank Indonesia in Padang was carried out by the Operations Director of Maybank Indonesia, Widya Permana with the Regional Secretary of Padang, H. Amasrul SH and Head of the OJK of West Sumatra Province, Darwisman.

The opening of the new KCS in Padang is projected to be able to increase the penetration and Maybank Indonesia's customer base especially sharia banking and can support the economic growth activities of the city of Padang.

"The presence of a Sharia Branch Office in Padang is part of Maybank Indonesia's expansion in expanding its network of Sharia-based banking services to the public. This is in line with Maybank Indonesia's vision to become a leading financial service provider in Indonesia in serving the community," said Widya Permana.

KCS Padang is located on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman no. 14 Padang, a business center that has relatively large economic potential, especially in the sectors of transportation, warehousing, repair, construction, as well as large and retail trade.

With the opening of KCS Padang, Maybank Indonesia now has 14 branch offices and two sub-branch offices, where prospective customers and existing customers can enjoy superior Sharia savings products, including "MyArafah" Savings, namely savings with Mudharabah Mutlaqah contract to plan Regular Hajj services or Umrah according to the customer's wishes.
