The product structure of SBR007 is as follows:
• Offering period: 11-25 July 2019
• Minimum coupon rate: 7.50% p.a.
• Coupon: floating (adjusted every 3 months) with a minimum coupon rate (floating with floor).
• Tenor: 2 (two) years
• Due: July 10, 2021
• Nominal value: Rp 1 million
• Minimum order: Rp 1 million and multiples of Rp 1 million.
• Maximum order: Rp 3 billion
• Form of bonds: cannot be traded on the secondary market and cannot be disbursed until maturity, except in the period of early redemption.
• Early redemption period: July 27, 2020 at 09.00 WIB and closed on August 4, 2020 at 15.00 WIB.
