JAKARTA. PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Pratama Widya (PW) and Sunward Intelligent Equipment (Sunward), to meet the needs of the project the company is working on.
Benny Pidakso, Finance Director and Corporate Secretary of PPRE, said that the cooperation would benefit the three parties, in integrating the needs of heavy equipment, foundation, and soil improvement. "The potential that can be worked on from the project is very large, considering that there are a lot of foundation work and soil improvement that involve complex works," said Pidakso in information disclosure.
Nevertheless, Pidakso did not explain how much potential for cooperation between the company and PW and Sunward. "We chose Sunward because it is a One Stop Solution company for research & development-based underground construction, which has the support of the Chinese government," Pidakso explained.
Pidakso added that PPRE could adopt the technology used by Sunward in several projects to be worked on together. "Through this cooperation, it is expected that a technology transfer process will occur," said Pidakso. (KR/AR)
