JAKARTA - PT BNI Syariah collaborates with the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) in the provision of administrative services for Customer Fund Accounts (RDN). This RDN service is affiliated with BNI RDN iB Hasanah Savings which can be used as a holding account for customer stock transactions in the capital market.

"The aim of this collaboration is to increase the collection of Third Party Funds (DPK). In addition, it is also in the context of developing halal ecosystems. The target market for this RDN product service is customers of securities companies that will transact sharia shares in the capital market, "said Abdullah Firman Wibowo, Managing Director of BNI Syariah.

The benefits of this collaboration include supporting securities companies that facilitate the sale and purchase of Islamic shares for investors, increasing the security of investor funds and making it easier for investors to monitor stock settlement transactions.

Customers who wish to transact sharia shares will be opened by BNI Syariah RDN through a securities company. Currently, BNI Syariah has collaborated with BNI Sekuritas. For the opening process of BNI Syariah RDN, customers can come to BNI Sekuritas to open a sharia account and automatically open a Sharia RDN. In the future, BNI Syariah will open opportunities for securities companies that want to cooperate.

The opening of RDN in BNI Syariah is targeted to be operational in the second semester of 2019. In the first year it is expected that the opening of RDN will reach 1,000 accounts. (LM)
